Mission: 
​Nuestra Embajadora Puertorriquena will bring back Latina representation that will make us proud of our heritage in our effort to keep Latina women at the forefront of our communities because of the important roles they play in her community, this year's pageant will provide new opportunities to reflect, coexist and celebrate the accomplishments of Puerto Rican women. 


Requirements: 

AGE: 17-25 years old.

MUST be a Chicago, IL resident.

MUST be of Puerto Rican descent. You may represent a town of Puerto Rico that you were born in, a family member born in, and/or currently have family members that live in.
 
MUST attend all speaking engagements.
 
MUST have a Social Media platform.
 
MUST have quality headshots.
 
No experience is necessary.
 
MUST be in good health and must be of good moral character.


Rules: 

Contestants should start pageant prep as early as possible. Wardrobe, hair, and makeup will not be provided to contestants until photoshoot day. Be presentable to the On Set with Jaslene (OSWJ) coach. We expect each of the contestants to comply with the requirements of the OSWJ program. Make sure you show some love to your pageant director! Be responsible to commit to the responsibilities and schedules in which you are given. Be sure to have a social cause that is dear to your heart, and you can speak on. It will also uniquely qualify you. Social Media shall always be appropriate.
